Abstract Submission > How to submit ?Abstract SubmissionWe welcome any submission on the topics of the conference. Contributions to the SPS meeting must be in French and should report original work. Abstracts cannot exceed one page, including Title, Authors and affiliation, Text, Figures, References. By submitting an abstract the submitting author gives permission to the Organizing Committee to reproduce the abstract in all materials associated with the conference. Author preferences will be taken into account but the organizing committee reserves the right to determine the presentation type (oral or poster). The scientific comitee will attribute a prize for a Ph-D student poster. For the final acceptance of an abstract it is required that at least one of the authors will register to the Conference. Which session for your abstract:
The content of this session will focus on the development of new devices around the SPS : Sintering under controlled atmosphere, assisted by a magnetic field, etc; Sintering of exotic materials in relation to technique (Polymers, etc.); Coupling of sintering by SPS with in situ characterization technique.
This session deals with the linking of sintering parameters - Microstructure - properties. Several themes will be discussed (no limited list): Reactive sintering; Application materials and transfer to industry; Structure materials & mechanical properties; Multifunctional materials; Materials for energy; Materials for optical properties; Modelization; Multi-materials and components; Magnetic properties; Piezoelectric properties; Thermoelectricity
LSPM has just acquired a HIP. This session will introduce HIP technique and other non conventional sintering techniques. It will focus on studies showing the complementarity of the different techniques with massive samples coming from a same batch of powder, sintered with different techniques. This session will also be focused on powder metallurgy and on the influence of powder properties (morphology, size, etc) on the sintering.
