Registration Procedure

 Conference registrations will be open from 12 May 2017 to 15 September 2017

The procedure is the following :

Pre-registration on this page in order to fill in the administrative forms. For organisational reasons, please indicate your participation to the lunchs, conference dinner and starting event during this pre-registration.

Once your pre-registration is validated, your registration payment can be processed through a secure website  "Azur Colloque" following this link : Azur-Colloque

 You must register online, any other form of registration will be rejected.

 Registration fees in € (EUR) :

 From 12 May 2017 to 13 July 2017 :

• PhdD Student : 80€ HT (fares that exclude taxes) (all taxes included 96€ TTC)
• Academic : 110€ HT (all taxes included 132€ TTC)
  
• Other : 150€ HT (all taxes included 180€ TTC)
  

 From July 14 2017 to September 15 2017 :

• PhD Student : 100€ HT (all taxes included 120€ TTC)
  
• Academic : 150€ HT (all taxes included 180€ TTC)
  
• Other : 200€ HT (all taxes included 240€ TTC)
  

The registration include:

• The access to the conference
• Coffee breaks
• Lunchs (Thursday and Friday)
• The conference dinner on Thurday evening
• Opening cocktail for HIP inauguration ceremony on Friday afternoon

Please note that registration fees do not include hotel accommodations

There will be a free Wi-Fi internet access in the conference site.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY :

Please not that the registration fees do not cover any incidents occurring during the conference

Cancellations will be accepted only in the following cases :

- death or serious illness of any near relative

- Serious illness
